About the Design Process

Consulation
Starting with a meeting to determine design direction, a site visit is scheduled, in addition to designing a mood board to capture the vision for your event.

Collaboration
Once the direction has been determined, we move forward in collectively styling and designing the layout and decor for your event.

Completion
All details will be finalized before your big day. We will deliver, setup, and breakdown rentals in a timely fashion in accordance to your venue.

What’s included in a consultation?
*One 30 minute phone, virtual, or in person session

When Shall I reserve my rentals?
Normally, 2-4 months in advance are needed to lock in your dates.
Am I able to pick up my own rentals
It is our desire to maintain a high level of quality by handling most rentals ourselves. We do offer pickups for a few rentals such as: linen, cake stands, small votives, etc.
A $100 local delivery/pick up charge in the Baton Rouge metropolitan area includes drop off at the lowest level of the structure and a short distance to the drop off location. A $150 delivery/pick up charge for a distance of 26-50 miles from Baton Rouge. $175 delivery/pick up charge for a distance of 51-75 miles from Baton Rouge. For distances more than 75 miles, please contact us for a quote. Please be sure to mention all details of your location when making your reservation. Labor intensive deliveries such as stairs, elevators or long distance to drop off location will incur an additional charge.
What happens to my reserved rentals in case of inclement weather?
If your event takes place outdoors, we strongly suggest that you have an alternative plan in place in the event of inclement weather. We cannot deliver or setup our rentals outdoors in the event of rain, or high winds for some rentals.
